I grew up surrounded by what makes Alaska what it is — Mountains at dusk, caribou crossing frozen tundra, salmon running the Kenai, fireweed at the end of summer. My background is in fine art — oil painting, plein air, drawing from life. That artistic training shapes every tattoo I do!
I work in black & grey and color. Studying heavily the influence of traditional and neo-traditional tattoos while employing realistic shading and details. Yes — cover-ups are available depending on the size and complexity of the existing tattoo. Send me a photo of what you're working with and your idea and I'll let you know what's possible.
Walk-ins are great for flash or simpler pieces. Custom appointments give us time to sketch and plan a design together — better for larger, more personal, or detailed work. Both are welcome.
